Frequently Asked Questions

No. You can publish to moq.dev's open relay (works in every browser) or Cloudflare's open draft-14 relay. They're public, so only synthetic test data is sent. For private data, use your own relay and token.

Each test object carries a run id, sequence number and send time. The subscriber tracks sequences per run and counts missing, duplicate and out-of-order objects. This only applies to DevUtils test objects, not arbitrary tracks.

When the publisher and subscriber run in the same tab they share one clock, so the delta through the relay is exact. Across tabs or devices it depends on the clocks agreeing and is labelled an estimate.

Yes: up to 200 objects per second, 256 KiB per object, 8 MiB/s in total, 100,000 objects or 30 minutes per run. Pause and stop take effect immediately and nothing republishes after a reconnect.
