cron(minutes hours day-of-month month day-of-week year), e.g. cron(0 12 ? * MON-FRI *). One of the day fields must be “?”, weekdays run 1–7 from Sunday, and the year field is required.

Most often both day fields are set (one must be “?”), there are only five fields (the year is missing), or weekday 0 is used (AWS starts at 1). The tester explains the exact problem and how to fix it.

EventBridge rules run in UTC. EventBridge Scheduler supports a timezone through ScheduleExpressionTimezone — the Code tab shows both, and the runs list can display any timezone.
